The latter one can be ruled out, not suitable for research. So I have vast libraries under Verbum, Accordance and WORDsearch. I use all the platforms, but haven't tried Bibleworks for three Years now (version 9 was installed on desktop computers at the seminary). It may be good that You have waited this long. If you have any specific questions about Logos, I can answer them, I don't know as much about the other two. My Greek professor has used all three you listed and he said Logos is the most powerful and comprehensive and the things he could do in Logos in thirty minutes used to take days in a library. There's a pretty substantial learning curve, but once you learn how to navigate, it's extremely powerful. I have my app on my iPhone, windows computers, and Amazon tablet and they're all synchronized. One of the really convenient things about Logos is that it's accessible through Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, Amazon. If you need to do really in depth searches and have hundreds of resources centralized in one location through a very elegant and sophisticated interface, I'd go with Logos. I guess it might help to know more of what you're going to use the software to do. I have the Logos 7 Silver package, and it is extremely powerful and useful for study. If cost isn't an issue, I'd say go with Logos. Next step would be to see if your school or institutions have any special deals or partnerships with any of the bible software companies, like a group or academic discount. For Logos, you'll looking more in the $1000 range. For a language package, Accordance and Bibleworks I think will cost you somewhere in the $300-$400 range. The first decision you'll need to make to narrow down the search is cost.
